Tape University Background
PSTC's board of directors identified a significant external force occurring in the United States as companies quickly downsized throughout the late 1990s into the turn of the century - the "knowledge void" being caused by early retirement of senior management. To help with industry specific knowledge transfer, Tape University involves experienced industry people who share their wealth of knowledge.
PSTC believes that when everyone in the channel has a better understanding of tape production, then fewer errors occur resulting in improved production and lower costs. To meet the end user expectations of today's demanding customer, everyone needs to have a quality understanding of tape production. PSA tapes continue to grow as the alternative bonding system through high quality and understanding to the performance of tapes.
