Since the presentation of its first technical paper in 1973, PSTC has been the leader in offering insight to the latest advances and up-and-coming research in the pressure sensitive adhesive tape industry.  Cornelis Beyers, Ph.D. | PSTC presents the Carl Dahlquist Award to one speaker at each annual technical conference who, following the evaluation of a panel of judges, demonstrates the very best in research relating to adhesive tape technology. The award is named for innovator Dahlquist who developed the Dahlquist criterion of tack.
