PSTC Committees

Education Committee - The Education Committee is made up of volunteer faculty, all of whom bring many years of practical experience in the industry. The faculty work closely together to produce the content for all classes in the series (Fundamentals, Manufacturing & Testing and Adhesives & Advanced Technologies). Each class is taught by a small, intimate group of instructors who strive to create an interactive, open atmosphere in each class. The classes are carefully planned, constantly refined and coordinated.

Marketing Committee - The Marketing Committee members support and advise PSTC as it relates to bringing internal and external awareness of the organization. This can include supporting and advisory in the development of key collateral, content and presentations.

Environmental Health and Safety Committee - The role of the Environmental Health and Safety Committee is to focus on worldwide legislation, existing and future, regulating manufacturing (Clean Air Act, MACT, Waste Water), present and past waste disposal regulation, general in-plant safety regulations and statistics and public relations.

TECH Committee - PSTC Technical Seminar Committee members are volunteers selected from a member tape company or affiliate supplier company. The committee works together to produce the annual three-day technical seminar that is held the first week(s) of each May. The principal responsibility of the committee is to build a program of about 25 speakers based upon current technical topics related to the pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape industry.
