Cancelled

Tape Week Cancelled

After careful consideration, the PSTC Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel Tape Week, originally planned for May 4-7.

It is our priority, and the priority of everyone, to follow guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, WHO and our local and federal government to play our part in social distancing to help offset and decrease the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We appreciate your patience as we strategically deliberated to come to the right decision for you and PSTC.

Keeping in mind our dedication to our members and our excitement to host our very first Tape Week, plans are the works to deliver the only knowledge-building and networking event for PSA tape professionals in 2021. We are currently working with the host hotel to rebook the property for the same time next year.

In line with this announcement, we ask for continued patience as we begin issuing registration refunds. Additionally, we request that you contact the host hotel and your travel providers and proceed with canceling your reservations. Details are below:

Event Registration Refunds
Full refunds will be issued to everyone who has already registered for Tape Week and includes exhibitors and sponsors. This process will be carried out from our end and does not require confirmation of cancellation from you.

Hotel Cancellation
You can cancel your reservations directly with the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace by calling (407) 827-2727 or going to its website. You should not incur any costs when canceling your room.

Flight Cancellation
You are responsible for canceling your flight to and from Orlando. Flight cancellation fees are out of our control, but you can check to see if your airline has a more lenient cancellation policy in place due to our shared public health crisis.

Please bear with us as we work out the remaining details. Should you have any urgent concerns or questions, don't hesitate to contact Michelle Miller.
