The Spring Membership Meeting starts at 10 a.m. and includes updates on industry trends, as well as new PSTC initiatives and programs. The Spring Member Meeting will also include regulatory information.

Meeting delegates are invited to attend the Spring Member Meeting luncheon, the TECH 42 Welcome Reception & Poster Session that evening and the TECH 42 opening session the following day. Attendees are also invited to the Exhibit Showcase lunch on May 15 on the Expo Floor. The Spring Member Meeting is open to PSTC Members only.

Anna Burhop is a principal at Bracewell LLP, and our new Governmental Relations Partner. She advocates on behalf of clients in the energy, environmental and natural resources industries. Before joining Bracewell, Anna was the environment director of regulatory and technical affairs at the American Chemistry Council, she previously served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Environmental and Public Works, she was part of the infrastructure team, working on the Water Resources Development Act and multiple surface transportation bills.

Mark Duvall is a principal in the environmental law firm Beveridge & Diamond.  He has advised clients on Proposition 65 since shortly after it was enacted in 1986.  He is based in Washington, DC, although he works closely with his colleagues in the firm’s San Francisco office on Proposition 65 matters.  Mark also helps clients with issues arising under OSHA, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, FDA, and EPA under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
